Computer LiteracyRequirementsMain Responsibilities:
Lead the delivery of projects and interventions beginning with supporting scope, development, through planning, implementation and completion.
Effectively manage customer escalations to resolve issues.
Work closely with the inside sales team and customers during sales and technical clarifications.
When meeting with clients, meetings attended should be closed with formal meeting minutes, provided to all internal and external stakeholders.
Customer service excellence assists customers during plant outages, ensuring equipment is up and running in a timely manner.
Planning, scheduling and organizing technical resources in the most efficient manner with respect to urgency and travel time.
Managing the Technician Job Ticket process from creation to final invoice
Technician utilization and scheduling should be done proactively.
Understand and manage customer expectations
Effective management of change in project scope.
