We are looking for someone to fill a part-time role, working in-house from our office located in Castle Hill, Sydney. The position will suit someone who is able to drive to work and preferably based in the surrounding area.

Role Description

Thanks to our rapid online success and growth over the past 6 months, an exciting career opportunity now exists for an enthusiastic and motivated Warehouse/Shipping Coordinator with a strong work ethic who will be responsible for ensuring that the stock is fully prepared and delivered to our customers in a timely manner. This is an opportunity for an active person to be part of a bright young team that embraces your dynamic and dynamic attitude. You must show initiative, pay close attention to detail and thrive in a focused environment.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage a large volume of pick and pack orders
  • Prepare inventory in advance to ensure it is ready to ship
  • Bottling and closure of products
  • Document and communicate any damaged, missing or defective inventory
  • Product labeling and packaging
  • Switch between tasks in an agile way just in time
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety in the warehouse at all times
  • Work independently and without supervision once fully trained
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and work well in a team

Skills & Experience

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Multitasking and meeting deadlines on a daily basis
  • Compliance with warehouse procedures
  • Previous experience in a warehousing or kitchen environment is ideal as this is a very hands-on role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and good presentation
  • Can work in a collaborative environment as well as independently
  • Highly organized with the ability to predict and plan
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Time management skills
