Technical Support Officer – Signaling and Lining Work at Rochdale BC

It’s an exciting time to join the Rochdale Council Highways Department. We have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Support Agent – ​​Signaling and Understudy to join the Network Management team. We are working on a number of projects to refresh and improve road lines and signage in the borough.

You will work on all aspects of the projects; maintain the database of road layouts and signs, draw plans (training will be provided), order work and verify the completion of work on site.

This is a great opportunity for someone with good interpersonal and organizational skills, who in return will receive excellent local government benefits, a supportive management team and the opportunity to really improve our road network. .
