Social Media Manager – Pedestrian Jobs

Join an established team of creatives based in our sunny Collingwood office as the next Social Media Manager!

Reporting to our Social Media Manager and working alongside our digital team, you will be directly responsible for managing a wide range of clients ranging from product, lifestyle, real estate and hospitality.

We are looking for a highly qualified candidate with at least 1-2 years of industry experience. You will be familiar with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn, able to easily work on a variety of campaign objectives. You will be an integral part of our team, bringing your expertise and experience on board to grow our client accounts.

As a Social Media Manager, you:

  • Manage and oversee all our customer channels on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn alongside our digital team
  • Maintain monthly content calendars including planning and scheduling
  • Participate in the development of briefs and presentations
  • Assist in the development of creative content generation
  • Manage high-level advertising account budgets for Facebook and Instagram advertising to meet and exceed client KPIs
  • Develop and implement growth strategies, including creating share-worthy content that stops scrolling
  • Help generate and create engaging video content
  • Stay current with industry trends and innovations
  • Provide bi-monthly reports to clients, including ad account data breakdowns

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a social media role
  • Knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn content and trends
  • Understanding of Facebook Creator Studio as well as scheduling tools such as Later and Sked
  • Experience with Facebook Ads Manager and Business Suite (or ability to learn)
