POSITION: SERVICE COORDINATOR II – IN PROGRESS (Two openings)
Temporary (6 months), part-time, 40 hours per pay
DEPARTMENT: Child, Youth and Family Services
Troy A. Wood Human Services Complex, Franklin, Pennsylvania
PAY LEVEL: Hourly wage not exempt Sixth year
GENERAL OBJECTIVE OF THE JOB:
To provide support to children and/or youth and families experiencing abuse, neglect or other difficulties, and to provide services, directly or through service linkages, designed to enhance problem-solving strategies and family adaptations.
QUALIFICATIONS: Associate’s degree specializing in the field of social welfare and 3 years of professional experience in the field of social work or social services; or Bachelor’s degree with specialization in the field of social welfare and 1 year of professional experience in case management or human services; or Bachelor’s degree in an unrelated field with at least 12 credits in the field of social welfare and 2 years of professional experience in social work or human services; or Bachelor’s degree and successful completion of an accredited case-processing trainee program; or successful completion of a 6-month probationary period as service coordinator I.
