In the aftermath of the Grenfell Tower tragedy, the Lancaster West neighborhood team are delivering a multi-million pound refurbishment – co-designed with residents – transforming Lancaster West into a model carbon-neutral 21st century estate by 2030.
As a Project Support Officer, focused on finance and digital data management, you will be key to our success. Using strong administrative skills, you will support the development and implementation of specific programs and projects across Lancaster West. From filing reports and documents to tracking budgets and tracking expenses, you’ll keep everything running smoothly. There is a lot of variety and a lot to learn. Plus, you’ll have the satisfaction of helping to make long-term improvements to residents’ homes and lives.

You probably have a background in administration or finance, with excellent Excel and numeracy skills. You will have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office/Office 365 applications, including SharePoint. Diligent and detail oriented, you will have a strong commitment to high quality customer service. Excellent organizational skills such as multitasking and problem solving will be essential. You must be able to work both independently and as part of a team, manage a heavy workload and manage conflicting priorities.
