Matthias Lippert appointed Chief Customer Support Officer and Mikko Lampi Chief Professional Services Officer of Basware

Matthias Lippert was appointed Chief Customer Support Officer and Mikko Lampi as Head of Professional Services Basware. The changes are effective from March 1, 2022 when Mr. Lippert and Mr Lampi will become members of the Basware Management team reporting to the CEO, Klaus Andersen.

Mr. Lippert worked with Basware for more than 14 years in various management roles, including Managing Director for Basware GmbH and Vice President, Professional Services and Customer Support. His most recent role was as Global Vice President of Customer Support. Prior to joining Basware, Matthias spent 10 years in the technology and software industry, working for Cambridge Technology Partners and Novel.

Mr Lampi joined Basware in 2017. During his four-year tenure, Mikko assumed the roles of Vice President, Professional Services, Nordic region and most recently as Global Vice President of Professional Services. Prior to joining Basware, Mikko gained over 20 years of experience in the software and IT services industry. Work with Innofactor Plc in Finland For 14 years, Mikko held various leadership positions including CTO, VP of Operations, and VP of Client Solutions.
