Our next Local Sales Manager will have a proven track record of growing revenue for traditional broadcast and a variety of digital products, all creating impressive ROI for our clients.

Under the direction of the Sales Manager, the LSM will lead the local sales team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Strong communication and negotiation tactics with clients and local agencies, including an attitude of seeking the best possible return on investment for each of the resort’s clients
  • Effective inventory management and pricing strategies
  • Strong leadership model for your team
  • Ability to collaborate with the resort management team, other departments and of course your customers
  • Superior presentation skills, including expertise with Wide Orbit Media Sales, Strata, Adobe, PowerPoint, and other presentation tools you may choose to bring with you
  • Performs other assigned duties

Specialized knowledge/skills/abilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or mass communications, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Performance management and management

Requirements & Skills:

  • Baccalaureate
  • fluent English
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Minimum of two years of experience operating video recording equipment (more for large markets and less for small markets)
  • Proficiency with computers, telephones, copiers, scanners, fax machines and other office equipment
  • Knowledge of video recording equipment
  • Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize assignments and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Flexibility to work any shift
