After successfully completing high school, Hamilton began her career in public service in 2000 as a clerk in the public works department.
In 2007, she graduated with an Associate’s Degree in Business Studies, after also completing an additional course in Corporate Secretarial Administration at the Turks and Caicos Islands Community College.
In 2013, she graduated with a Bachelor of Business Studies with a concentration in Human Resource Management from Turks and Caicos Islands Community College and was also appointed that year as a Human Resource Manager within Human Resource Management.
In 2019, Ms. Hamilton advanced her career in the public service when she was promoted to Chief Human Resources Officer.
She has completed numerous training programs during her tenure in the Human Resources Management Directorate, including the Caribbean Development Bank, Public Policy Analysis and Management, and Life Cycle Management training. project and is currently pursuing a Masters in Human Resource Management at Arden University.
