duties and responsibilities
Work with relevant product team members, to provide support services for the team’s project, to ensure product requirements are properly built
Manage Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) to ensure they are up to standards and easily accessible to all stakeholders
Support the team before and after product deployment
Manage product models to ensure they meet standards in achieving product implementation goals.
Monitor and ensure adherence to policies and guiding product objectives
Work with Marketing, Customer Engagement and Sales teams to provide second level support that continuously improves the marketing lifecycle
Monitor customer experience for users of our products and oversee ongoing user experience improvements
Manage and remove obsolete products.
Complete all necessary work to meet market research needs.
Qualifications / Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in finance, marketing, business administration or other relevant fields
2 years of experience supporting product management, leading strategic and operational initiatives
Proven and successful track record in leading successful product and promotional strategies for a business, resulting in increased revenue.

Ability to manage stakeholders
Excellent analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills
Competence to analyze financial and non-financial data
Ability to effectively exchange information, either verbally or in writing, by sharing ideas, reporting facts and other information, answering questions, and using active listening techniques
Excellent knowledge and use of existing software packages (Power BI and Microsoft Excel).
