Responsible for toner replacement.
Cabling and cable management.
Assume responsibility for inventory documentation and oversight.
Enabling Office for users on firewall and server administration.
Troubleshooting basic hardware/software issues on PCs.
Preparation of new offices.
Troubleshooting IP telephony.
Support all users with IT installation and configuration of new equipment as requested by the IT Administrator.
Assist in troubleshooting malfunctioning network hardware and software applications to resolve operational issues and restore services.
Responsible for providing direct support and training to end users in all of our branches.
Administration of video surveillance, access control, IP telephony.
Knowledge of printer and copier issues.
Network knowledge.


B.Sc in Computer Science or related field.
Minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
A+ and N+ are preferred.
Communication skills.
Skills for problem solving.
Multitasking, prioritization and time management skills.
Team player.
