Relations with employees:
Requirements for this key result area will include, but not be limited to:-

  • Manage all employee welfare matters
  • Leave & Absence Management
  • Liaison function between employees and management
  • Handle employee complaints, including conflict resolution.
  • Organize and update employee records, employment contracts and other employee data
  • Promoting equality and respect as part of the corporate culture
  • Develop and manage employee-related programs, such as team building sessions, employee appreciation programs, etc.
  • Participate in disciplinary and grievance hearings and also implement disciplinary procedures accordingly

Integration, integration and orientation:
Requirements for this key result area will include, but not be limited to:-

  • Ensure compliance with core values ​​and promote corporate culture
  • Plan and deliver new employee orientation and onboarding programs
  • Administration of membership documents; Employee handbook, codes of conduct, job description, etc.

Training and DEVELOPMENT:
Requirements for this key result area will include, but not be limited to:-

  • Administration and coordination of internal training programs
  • Analyze training needs in collaboration with line managers and heads of departments
  • Coordinate and monitor Knowledge Sharing Sessions (KSS) and Tran-the-Trainer activities
  • Coordinate and administer training evaluations to monitor training impact

Workforce planning:
Requirements for this key result area will include, but not be limited to:-

  • Develop workforce planning strategies considering immediate and long-term needs
  • Communicate management decisions on reassignments, transfers, etc.
  • Consult closely with all departments while assisting line managers in understanding and implementing HR policies and procedures

HR information systems:
Requirements for this key result area will include, but not be limited to:-

  • Manage and maintain HR application software and self-service portal
  • Use the HRIS system to eliminate administrative tasks, empower employees and meet other organizational needs

Compensation and Benefits Administration:
Requirements for this key result area will include, but not be limited to:-

  • Establish and maintain the company’s salary structure, compensation policies and oversee variable compensation systems within the company, including bonuses and raises.
  • Leads competitive market research to establish compensation practices and salary ranges that help recruit and retain talent
  • Administer employee benefits and conduct benefits orientations and other benefits training for employees and their dependents.
  • Recommends changes in benefits offered, especially new benefits aimed at employee satisfaction and retention.

Performance management:
Requirements for this key result area will include, but not be limited to:-

  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance

Recruitment and selection:
Requirements for this key result area will include, but not be limited to:-

  • Manage the recruitment and selection process
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and retention of human capital
  • Lead the team in interviewing and selecting potential employees

HR compliance:
Requirements for this key result area will include, but not be limited to:-

  • Ensure company compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
  • Protect the interests of employees and the company in accordance with company human resources policies and government laws and regulations with the aim of minimizing risk.

Terms

  • Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of work experience.
