The Corporate Executive Support Officer will provide confidential and professional support, helping the Managing Director on a day-to-day basis to effectively discharge his responsibilities. Tasks will include the inbox, calendar and task management, as well as handling cases.

You will act as the first point of contact for the CEO office, providing top notch customer service. Your duties will be based on excellent communication skills and on building effective working relationships with a wide range of people. The role will ensure the proper functioning of the office of the CEO in accordance with agreed systems, processes and protocols and acting on your own initiative when necessary.

This field of activity is fast-paced and dynamic, and therefore requires a candidate with exceptional attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and the ability to adapt to changing demands. Responsibilities of the role:

The Executive Support Officer will provide confidential and professional support, helping the Managing Director on a day-to-day basis to effectively discharge his responsibilities. It’s a fast-paced, exciting and varied role, without two identical days, yet extremely rewarding.

You will be:

  • You will act as the first point of contact for the CEO’s office for residents, members, the strategic leadership team and partner organizations. You will establish effective working relationships with a wide range of people on behalf of the CEO.
  • The role will ensure the smooth functioning of the office of the CEO, including the consistent application of agreed systems, processes and protocols, acting on your own initiative when necessary.
  • You will be responsible for the effective and comprehensive management of the General Manager’s inbox, evaluating and sorting requests effectively and efficiently. You will be responsible for acting on behalf of the CEO, drafting responses as appropriate, commissioning work from senior management, and ensuring that work is completed in a timely manner in relation to the CEO’s needs.
  • You will manage the CEO’s agenda, organizing appointments according to his priorities and making sure, along with others, that the right information and briefings are available to them in a timely manner. You will manage the forecast plan of the CEO journal against the annual calendar of meetings, events and board priorities. You will organize and support the boards of the CEO, including distributing agendas, taking minutes and continuing to carry out actions.
  • You will take care of the organization of events such as workshops, resident and partner engagements and seminars.
