We are looking for an experienced IT Service Desk Technician to join our busy IT Service Desk team. You will be required to act as the first point of contact for all internal customer incidents and requests, and participate in the logging and resolution of all calls that pass through the Service Desk.
You will be required to provide support for hardware, software and standard IT equipment and applications. Effective customer relationship management during the support call process is critical.
You must have an enthusiastic personality, an ability to learn quickly, strong attention to detail and demonstrable technical aptitude; in particular a good working knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, are essential as you will need to work with technical and non-technical users as well as senior management.
