General objective of the role
The Hospitality and Events Coordinator will work closely with the Parish Life Manager to manage and oversee the administration of Sunday services, including the scheduling of preachers, leaders, volunteer hospitality and crews. of reception. You will also help manage special services such as baptisms, weddings, etc., and host large-scale parish events such as the Weekend Away, providing exceptional hospitality while providing warm interactions with newcomers, members of the congregation and the public visiting St Paul’s Hammersmith.

You will be responsible for the daily management of St Paul’s online database, ensuring best practices and compliance, contributing to the overall mission and strategic vision of the organization.

There is a genuine occupational requirement for this position that the incumbent be a practicing Christian under Part 1 of Schedule 9 of the Equality Act 2010.
Many roles require applicants to be DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service Certificate) verified as a condition of employment.

Hours of work: 35 hours per week generally Sunday to Thursday, 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Annual salary: £25,000
