About the role

The IT team is key to getting things done. Join the small team to help solve users’ computer problems. This team manages all IT solutions, from end-user support to networking, firewall and cloud services. This role will support flexible meeting rooms with AV, IT and facilities support. Additionally, assist the IT team in responding to all queries via our Service Desk.

The IT technologies we currently support are MS Windows, Office365, Active Directory and Salesforce.

Specific responsibilities will be;

  • Management of clients and meetings of the new flexible spaces; including audiovisual preparation, set-up and meeting room set-up (desks and chairs)
  • Support the team to respond to all IT helpdesk requests including hardware and software and user support to users
  • Installation and configuration of new hardware and software as required

About you

If you are passionate about customer service and IT technologies, this is a fantastic opportunity. Maybe you’re a recent graduate who earned a Microsoft certification, TAFE degree, or degree in information systems, or maybe you work in an IT help desk and want to work for an organization with a purpose.

You will be a team player who enjoys getting things done and always thinking of better ways to do something.

Ideally, you will have;

  • Skills developed in problem solving and analysis
  • Some knowledge of call recording, escalation and follow-up procedures or learnability
  • Drive to provide the highest quality service in every interaction
  • Priority and time management skills
  • Some experience handling incoming/outgoing calls – or the ability to learn
  • Computer skills (desirable)
  • Working knowledge of these products is desirable: MS Windows O/S support, Active Directory, Microsoft O365 account management, strong understanding of networking, familiarity with IT components, basic use of all Office applications and some knowledge of how to take care of them
