Immaculate Conception Parish School is seeking a full-time Office Coordinator to oversee the office activities of the school office.

Specific duties include answering phones, greeting school visitors, ordering supplies, providing administrative support to faculty and staff, filing, coordinating bus schedules and the school calendar, preparing report cards, keeping records and prepare correspondence.

Bachelor’s degree with five years of secretarial experience preferred. The position requires excellent writing, communication and interpersonal skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office software. Must demonstrate a high level of flexibility, be committed to confidentiality, be able to multi-task and have an eye for detail. The candidate must have all the necessary authorizations to work in a school environment.
