About the Opportunity

The Online Learning Support Officer is a diverse and interesting role that provides crucial support to learning and teaching across the Conservatory. This is a position for an enterprising individual who wants to use initiative and judgment in solving problems and finding solutions.

Your main responsibilities will be to:

  • provide educational administrative support to academic and teaching staff
  • provide operational support to meet the instructional design needs of the different areas of the Conservatory
  • process student results.

About you

We are looking for an eLearning Support Agent who has:

  • experience delivering educational programs, preferably in a higher education environment
  • experience working in a tertiary environment with a working knowledge of learning management systems such as Canvas
  • Effective and tactful communication skills (both verbal and written) along with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to exercise initiative and exercise good judgment, as well as the ability to prioritize workload work during busy periods
  • excellent time and workload management skills with a demonstrated ability to prioritize effectively, manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and achieve required results.
