The successful candidate should have proven experience in a project role and must be able to meet deadlines and meet targets under pressure. They will need to build relationships with stakeholders quickly, so they need strong interpersonal skills and the ability to create and maintain positive working relationships with staff across the region. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for the position, as you will be required to present reports to key stakeholders.

Experience in business change and implementation planning would be advantageous but is not essential. Experience using MS Project and Excel, and an understanding of project/programme management methodologies would be beneficial.

Your application must demonstrate the following:

  • Proven experience in a project role, working under tight deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build successful working relationships with stakeholders
  • Experience in research tasks, preparation of reports and presentations
  • Ability to lead workshops

Working hours are 37 hours per week from Monday to Friday. This position is offered on a temporary basis.

It will be considered whether the position can be offered on a part-time or job-sharing basis, in accordance with the organizational requirements of this role.
