What will I do ?

Our Assistant Branch Managers are an important contributor to the team’s shared success and an essential part of our customers’ positive experience with us. In order to support our customers and provide excellent service, you will:

Act as frontline support to the Branch Manager to lead and support the team to achieve success and suggest opportunities for continuous improvement

Get to know our product and service lines to get the most out of all customer interactions in line with our Jewson values

Develop great relationships with new and existing customers (face-to-face and over the phone), understand their needs, and provide proactive advice and solutions so you can deliver the best possible experience

Get to know the local market to support sales growth plans

Use our internal systems to process customer orders, organize delivery times and keep customers informed throughout their journey

Maintain stock levels, perform regular inventories

Lead your team to make health and safety a priority and show how you can keep yourself and others safe at work
