Customer Service and Fulfillment Coordinator

We are delighted to welcome another person to the A.EMERY team.

The role of the Customer Service and Fulfillment Coordinator will be to manage the day-to-day components of customer service. This includes liaising with our customers and answering any questions, packing online orders and twice a year during our wholesale seasons, assisting with the various tasks outlined below.

We are looking for someone with at least 1 year experience in a customer service position. A strong work ethic is a must, along with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively and independently, demonstrating initiative and multitasking on a daily basis.


Manage daily shipping, packaging and courier pickup of e-commerce orders

Ensure customer orders arrive in a timely manner

Manage customer service communication, respond to inquiries related to product information, order status, order delivery, refund/exchange requests

Control all stock movements in the warehouse, including in-, out-, and product returns/exchanges

Rigorous control of all inventory in the warehouse to ensure accuracy

Provide exceptional customer service in the fulfillment of DTC orders

Ordering and purchasing all warehouse consumables

Propose ideas to improve our customer service experience

Connecting with couriers


Submit all bulk orders in NuORDER, export POs and cross-check shipping/billing/discount information

Organizing packing lists, shipping stickers, invoices before shipping seasonal bulk orders.

Ensure that external wholesale account packaging guides are strictly followed.

Work within the team to package bulk orders during key delivery months.


Maintain brand positioning by ensuring appropriate/professional representation at all times

Extremely organized with great precision and attention to detail

Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment

Effective time management skills and ability to multi-task and work under pressure

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
