Community Foundation Hires Perry as Partnerships Coordinator Business Journal Daily

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – The Community Foundation of the Mahoning Valley has hired Robin Perry to serve as coordinator of the Healthy Community Partnership. She is the foundation’s fourth hire in the past year as it strives to expand its ability to support the partnership’s operations and community outreach.

Perry is responsible for engaging members of the partnership, providing advice on project and policy priorities, evaluating progress and sharing successes, says Sarah Lowry, director of the partnership.

“The Healthy Community Partnership is thrilled that Robin continues to support our partners and the community to fulfill our mission to improve health, well-being and health equity in Mahoning and Trumbull counties in this new role. “, Lowry said.

Perry was born and raised in Parma. She earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from the College of Wooster in 2020 and will graduate in the fall of 2023 with a master’s degree in public health from the University of Nebraska. In 2020, she joined AmeriCorps, accepting the position of VISTA Communications Coordinator at the Healthy Community Partnership and held that position for two years.
