As a member of the Business Support Team, you will provide effective and efficient HR support to the Institute. You will coordinate the Institute’s HR processes, liaising closely with Faculty’s HR and Finance to ensure compliance with legislative and academic policies and procedures. You will also support the implementation of planned changes in HR processes both with LICAMM and across the faculty.
Reporting to the Institute’s Business Coordinator and ultimately the Faculty’s Business Support Manager, you will work closely with academics and the Business Support team, ensuring the success of day-to-day HR operations. of the Institute.
You will have a proactive focus with the ability to manage a busy workload in an efficient and professional manner. You must demonstrate excellent communication skills and be able to establish effective working relationships, deal diplomatically with a wide range of people, and maintain confidentiality.
