We are looking for a Business Support Officer with good organizational, planning, communication and digital skills to join our Adult Learning Support team in Copeland. We offer a wide range of subjects for our learners, and the right candidate will continue to support our department to provide excellent customer service both internally and externally.

Adult learning rated Good by Ofsted in our last inspection is now well on its way to becoming an outstanding provider. Our service is focused on benefits that transform the lives of our most disadvantaged communities, improve employment opportunities and meet the needs of local employers.

About the role

The successful candidate will provide business support for the Copeland Center. You will work with your line manager and other staff such as a community development worker and tutors within the center team.

Who are we looking for

The ideal candidate will be positive, flexible and enthusiastic, with the ability to provide a high level business support service. You will need to have good numerical skills, be able to meet deadlines and have excellent attention to detail.
