ADD Systems promotes new customer support manager

FLANDERS, NJ – ADD Systems, a software provider for the convenience store and power distribution industries, has promoted Steve Tymikiw to Customer Support Manager.

Steve has been with ADD Systems for over 23 years and brings software knowledge, as well as extensive experience working directly with ADD customers.

“We are delighted that Steve has accepted this role and grateful to have had the chance to work with his predecessor, Linda Carrer, to ensure a smooth transition. Steve brings with him strong leadership skills, organizational expertise and product mastery, and we look forward to his contributions in this new role, ”said Andy Katsigiannis, Director of Information Technology and Customer Support for ADD. Systems.

Previously, Tymikiw worked as an application and integration manager in the implementation and training department. In this role, he worked closely with clients, managing high priority projects. Prior to that, he gained industry experience as an accountant with two major energy distributors.

“I am really excited to take on this new role and am grateful to have had the chance to learn from Linda. The Customer Support group is a fantastic bunch of people, and I look forward to helping to further improve our support performance, ”Tymikiw said.
