Account Coordinator/Executive – Axios Charlotte

The Account Manager assists Account Managers for various Red Moon Marketing clients, such as The Coca-Cola Company, Coca-Cola Consolidated and various other Coca-Cola bottlers, Brown-Forman Beverages Worldwide (Jack Daniel’s, Woodford Reserve, Old Forrester, Finlandia, Korbel Champaign and Ford’s Gin), Procter & Gamble, Harris Teeter, Novant Healthcare, Huber Engineered Woods, Kimco Realty, Zaxby’s Atlanta Co-op, Triton Automotive Group, to name a few. Approximately 90% of assignments involve representing our clients at events aimed at educating consumers about our clients’ brands and programs through consumer engagement and, in many cases, product sampling. The position requires a high volume of face-to-face meetings with consumers at events.

• Coordination with on-site contacts before the event
• Participate in event planning and staffing
• Create accurate event summaries and expense reports
• Book hotels, arrange trips and procure rental items as needed
• Assist with event setup and dispatch
• Interact with consumers to spread knowledge of the product program
• Comfortable with frequent travel, including nights, weekends and holidays
• Willingness to represent multiple brands using various elements and assets
• Perform related tasks assigned by supervisor

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Desire to learn about all brands of Red Moon customers
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers
• Excellent computer skills (MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
• Ability to work independently and solve problems with little or no supervision
